Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and MasterBlocks Pvt Ltd ("we", "us"), the company that makes KB Builder. By using KB Builder at kb-builder.com or app.kb-builder.com, you agree to them. If you use KB Builder for a company or agency, you agree on its behalf.
What KB Builder does
KB Builder reads a business's website and any documents you add, and writes a knowledge base file for an AI voice or chat agent. It shows you what it found, what the website does not say, and where the website contradicts itself, and asks you to fill the gaps. The reading and writing are done with the help of AI models from third parties (see the Privacy Policy).
What you add to KB Builder
You will usually add a client's website and documents. You must have the right to do that: the business's permission, or the content must be public and yours to use for this purpose. You keep all rights in what you add. You allow us to read, store and process it only to build and keep your knowledge bases, and to keep the service working.
Do not add personal data about individual people that a knowledge base does not need, such as patient records, customer lists or identity documents. A knowledge base is about the business, not about its customers.
Check the file before your agent uses it
KB Builder traces every fact to the sentence it came from and flags what it could not confirm, but it is software working from what a website says, and websites are often out of date or wrong. You must review the file before you give it to an agent, and you are responsible for what your agent tells callers. We do not promise that a file is complete, correct or suitable for any purpose, and we are not responsible for decisions made or answers given on the basis of it.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at info@masterblocks.co.in if you think someone else has used it.
Plans, payment and delivery
The first build is free. Downloading files needs a paid plan, billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay, in Indian rupees (plus GST) or US dollars. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Prices are on the Pricing page; if we change a price, we tell you by email at least 14 days before it applies to you.
KB Builder is a digital service. Nothing is shipped: your plan is active and your files are available in your account as soon as payment succeeds.
Payments are not refundable. Cancelling stops the next renewal; see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
The file is yours
You may use the files you download for yourself and your clients, on any platform, without naming KB Builder. The files carry no KB Builder branding. The software, the website and the knowledge models behind them remain ours.
Fair use
Do not use KB Builder to break the law, to build a knowledge base meant to mislead callers, to overload or probe our systems, to copy the service, or to resell access to it as your own tool. We may suspend an account that does, and we will tell you why.
Changes to the service
We improve KB Builder continually and may change or remove features. If a change takes away something you pay for, we tell you in advance, and you may cancel before your next renewal.
Limit of our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about KB Builder is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost business, lost profit or lost clients. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using KB Builder and cancel at any time. We may end these terms or suspend your account if you break them, after telling you and, where it can be fixed, giving you a chance to fix it. When an account ends, we delete its content as the Privacy Policy describes.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra, have jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us at info@masterblocks.co.in; most problems are solved that way.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top and, for significant changes, email you before they apply. Continuing to use KB Builder after that means you accept them.
